Revision of Pension has to be done with effect from
1-1-2006. Government’s move to allow
revision with effect from 24-9-2012 has been defeated. Hon’ble Supreme Court has dismissed Revision
Petition filed by the Government against
the dismissal of the Special Leave Petition on the matter.
