Department of Pension & Pensioners' Welfare

Recognising the fact that retired government servants have experience and skills which could be channelized into constructive activities for betterment of Society, the Government has introduced an initiative called ‘Sankalp’. It is hoped that this initiative will help retired government servants in leading a fuller and more meaningful existence post-retirement. This project is initially being run as a pilot to cover 500 Central government pensioners on a first-come-first-served basis. The pensioners willing to be associated with this initiative may visit the websitehttp://www.pensionersportal.gov.in/sankalp for registration.

NOTICE

            It is hereby notified that a meeting of the State Committee of C.G.P.A., Kerala will be held on Thursday the 24^th APRIL 2014 at 10.30 A.M. at the Head Quarters “Pension Kendra”, Capital Towers, Patturaickal Jn., Thiruvambady P.O.,     Thrissur – 680 022.        The following will be the Agenda:

1.       Organizational matters - Reporting by the General Secretary with particular reference to SCOVA, BCPC and NCCPA meetings  and discussions thereon;

2.       Adoption of the audited  statement of accounts of CGPA for the year 2013-2014

3.       Adoption of the audited statement of accounts of Pensioners’ Link for the year    2013-2014

4.       Finalisation of the demands to be presented before VII^th    CPC

5.       Any other matter of importance with the permission of the Chair.

                    All the office bearers of C.G.P.A., Kerala, District Secretaries and Chief Executives of the Affiliates are requested to be present at the meeting without fail.
